He provided clear expectations as to what was required of me and maintained clear communication lines as he cascaded relevant information down to me from the senior management team. I enjoyed my weekly "one on one" with Thierry as he took time to listen to the issues I was raising and provided very practical advice and coaching lessons. Thierry is a very pragmatic leader and often took led by example when the team was dealing with high pressure situations. During these times he maintained a cool head as he directed us to find the solution in a systematic fashion. Thierry is also the kind of leader who was extremely supportive of me and my team and I felt like he had my back if I took a calculated risk which did not work out as planned. I found Thierry to be very sociable and I would describe him as a real people's person.
