Delivering OT, IoT and Cloud integration platform solutions to help client with asset management and analytics.


Manager Technology Operation & Governance - ROY HILL


Reported to GM - Direct Reports: 5 - Indirect Headcount: 80 - Budget: $35M OPEX - Project Scale: $5k-$2.7M

Member of the LT engaged by the GM technology to implement Roy Hill technology strategy to efficiently manage the operation and governance of Roy Hill's digital and technology operation assets, spanning Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT), smart machines, robotics and automation.

Led and structured team to support business operation needs from pit to port, helping Roy Hill maintain annual production target of 55MT and reach 60 MT. Reduced equipment downtime, increased system availability, improved processes and implement governance across IT and OT, and helped Roy Hill increase productivity, reduce cost and meet operation targets.



Senior Business Product Manager - SYNERGY


Reported to Business Segment Manager - Business Products Portfolio: $950M

Synergy is a WA public Utility company and needed to prepare for full market contestability. Responsible for the management and development of the company business energy portfolio of electricity and gas products generating over $950 Million in revenue.  Developed product marketing strategy, liaise with business and government stakeholders, comply with regulatory and legal requirements while preparing product offering and organisation for a competitive market.



Senior Manager - ACCENTURE


Reported to the Managing Director, Clients Account Manager, APAC 

Appointed into a leadership role in the Perth practice to develop capability in operational technology, system integration and program/project delivery within mining and oil & gas. Advice clients on technology and build technology solutions to their business problems in the area of Capital Project and Operation systems.



MES Engineering Manager - HONEYWELL


Reported to HPS APAC Engineering Manager - Direct Reports: 16

Led Perth centre of excellence for MES applications providing technical expertise and support to projects for Oil & Gas and Mining clients. Drive operational excellence and technical innovation through the development, mentoring and management of the MES application software development team, managing team budget, resource allocation and P&L.




IM&T Manager - WOODSIDE ENERGY (LIBYA)


Reported to Country GM - Direct Reports: 11 - Budget: $5M OPEX - Project Scale: $1M

Engaged to structure and lead the information technology team for the operations in Libya. Advise ELT on technology risks and opportunities and ensure compliance with international export laws. Develop a 5-year strategy and roadmap aligned to business objective building infrastructure and communication services in a constrained environment.




IT Infrastructure Manager - WORLEYPARSONS

Reported to CIO - Direct Reports: 5 - Indirect Headcount: 18

Transitioned across from Transfield-Worley to manage the existing IT infrastructure and provide leadership over the technology roadmap to support Worley business expansion strategy. Recruited, built and coached infrastructure teams across the operational regions, coordinating support and the delivery of core services, implementing governance and standards.
