Who you’ll work with

Thierry has spent nearly 30 years leading technology where the stakes are high: mining, energy, oil and gas, and industrial operations.

Most recently, as Group Manager Digital Technology at PLS (formerly Pilbara Minerals), he built the technology organisation from the ground up and architected a five-year roadmap taking operations from ad hoc to digitised, with a clear pathway to autonomous, AI-enabled lithium mining.

Today, as Executive Director and CIO of Block8.ai, he’s helping scale an AI-driven cyber penetration testing business internationally, bringing disciplined governance to fast-moving AI innovation.

Previously:

Led an 80-strong technology team and a 24/7 Remote Operations Centre supporting Roy Hill’s autonomous pit-to-port operations (55–60 Mt a year)

Delivered one of IBM’s largest OT, IoT and cloud integration programs

Led major programs for BHP and Chevron at Accenture, including work on the $54B Gorgon project

Cut technology cost per seat by 25% in 12 months for Woodside in Libya

Connected and merged 35 offices with over 5,000 users worldwide for WorleyParsons
