Appointed into a leadership role in the Perth practice to develop capability in operational technology, system integration and program/project delivery within mining and oil & gas. Advice clients on technology and build technology solutions to their business problems in the area of Capital Project and Operation systems.

Key Achievements

People Management | Bench manager, efficiently manage resource demand and allocation of consultants to projects

Program & Project Delivery |Project delivery lead or solution architect for the successful delivery of over 10 large projects including strategic and transformational projects for BHP, Chevron, Shell, INPEX and Origin Energy.

Business Development | As bid manager and solution architect prepared responses to large RFP up to $30M and developed estimation, program and projects plans, including resource plan for large bids.

Innovation | Received the Ken Ernst innovation award for a capital project operation readiness tool development
