Develop a 5-year strategy and roadmap aligned to business objective building infrastructure and communication services in a constrained environment.

Infrastructure Optimisation | Relocate offshore systems (Maximo), deploy a secure VPN with Perth to consolidate licences, saving $600k/year. Deploy new satellite comms for drilling operations improving security and reducing cost.
Governance & Compliance | Signed first Microsoft EA in Libya, ensuring compliance with US export laws
