Transitioned across from Transfield-Worley to manage the existing IT infrastructure and provide leadership over the technology roadmap to support Worley business expansion strategy. Recruited, built and coached infrastructure teams across the operational regions, coordinating support and the delivery of core services, implementing governance and standards. 

Key Achievements

Program & Project Delivery | Deliver the integration program standardising infrastructure, processes, and systems across the APAC region and the Middle East migrating 35 offices and 5000 users to Worley.

Network | Use cost-benefit analysis to optimize WAN communication using MPLS, frame relay and VPN technology. Managed IP Addressing, DNS and network services as well as redundancy and failover capability on LAN and WAN.

Virtualisation | Benchmark Microsoft and VMWare virtualisation technology and deploy in Production as early as 2004

Data Center & Storage | Deliver new data centre and DR site for core network and infrastructure services hosting over 200 servers and appliances. Deploy HP SAN storage, Fibre Channel and LTO tape Libray.

Cyber Security | Achieved no security breach or data loss, used Trend AV suite, Cisco Pix firewall and network Encryption, email and internet monitoring.
